Project Overview
Mr. Pfaller undertook the master plan schemes, architectural feasibility studies, impact statements, marketing analysis and design of this extensive rehabilitation and restoration project comprised of over three million cubic feet. This project adapted a large movie palace, repertory theater, and commercial space into a regional performing arts center. The project also involved the reseating and retiring of the 900-seat balcony level. Restoration work on this theater listed on the National Register of Historic Places was completed in 1982.
